Returns/Exchange/Shipping Policy

We At United First Apparel want you to be happy with your purchase and for your apparel to fit perfectly!




15 Day return policy

We are a small family-owned business so returns are accepted only under the following conditions: Return must be received by United First Apparel within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date. We will send you a pre-paid label via Email. Customer pays for return shipping as it will be deducted from your refund once received and inspected.  

The returned item must be new unworn condition. Any returns not in condition it was received will be rejected. examples for rejection can be cigarette smoke odor, covered in animal hair, stains, wet, worn, scents of cologne or perfume, and more. 

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per package



After receiving the returned item, United First Apparel will issue a refund in the form of a Refund back to payment method used at checkout for the value of the item, minus a 25% restocking fee and return shipping cost. 

United First Apparel will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to United First Apparel.

In a case of a missing package on orders we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is also your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.



If you would like to exchange for a different size you may do so. we only except exchanges of the same item. we don't except exchanges for a different item. In the event the size you want to exchange for is not in stock then we will refund you the amount you paid for item minus the return shipping charge.

You will be responsible for return shipping and exchange shipping. To return/exchange an item please email us at and provide us with your order number.



All products are currently shipped via USPS or UPS.

Shipping cost will vary by location as they're calculated via USPS/UPS by the address you provide at checkout.
