Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

At United First Apparel, we want you to feel good about what you wear and confident in how it fits. We're a small, family-owned business, and we back our gear with pride.

🔁 Returns (30 Days)

We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • No smoke odor, pet hair, stains, or scents (cologne/perfume)
  • Items not returned in original condition will not be refunded
  • Email sales@unitedfirstapparel.com with your order number to start a return
  • We will email you a prepaid return label
  • Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once approved

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus return shipping.

Important notes:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping info won’t be refunded unless returned to us
  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, you’ll need to contact your local post office and file a claim

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size or item?

  • Email sales@unitedfirstapparel.com with your order number
  • Exchanges are processed the same as returns — once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund (minus return shipping)
  • You can then reorder the size/item you want directly from the site

Return and re-shipping costs are deducted from your refund.

🚚 Shipping

We currently ship all orders via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
