RETURNS

15 Day return policy

We are a small family-owned business so returns are accepted only under the following conditions: Return must be received by United First Apparel within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date. We will send you a pre-paid label via Email. Customer pays for return shipping as it will be deducted from your refund once received and inspected.  

The returned item must be new unworn condition. Any returns not in condition it was received will be rejected. examples for rejection can be cigarette smoke odor, covered in animal hair, stains, wet, worn, scents of cologne or perfume, and more. Please Email us @ sales@unitedfirstapparel.com with order number to start return. 

 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned item, United First Apparel will issue a refund in the form of a Refund back to payment method used at checkout for the value of the item you paid, minus the return shipping cost. 

United First Apparel will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to United First Apparel.

In a case of a missing package on orders we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is also your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange item you may do so. Exchanges are done same way as a return. Item returned must be in new unworn condition. We will refund you the amount you paid for item minus the return shipping charge once we receive it and inspect it. You can then go to website and purchase new item and size you want.

 You will be responsible for return shipping and exchange shipping costs which are taken out of your refund. We will provide you with a return label. To return/exchange an item please email us at sales@unitedfirstappareal.com and provide us with your order number.

 

SHIPPING 

All products are currently shipped via USPS or UPS.

Shipping cost will vary by location as they're calculated via USPS/UPS by the address you provide at checkout.
